Do you provide beach/pool towels?
Complimentary beach and pool towels are provided at all our hotels.
Please note: At Pedi Beach, towels are available with a refundable deposit of €10 per towel.
Do you provide kettle?
Kettles are provided free of charge.
Do you provide baby cot?
Baby cots are provided free of charge upon request.
Where do I get a bus or a taxi?
The local bus service operates on a daily basis. The bus stop is just outside the hotel. A taxi pick-up can be arranged at the Front Desk.
What is the check-out time?
Please note that check-out times vary by property:
Blue Sea Beach & Pedi Beach: Check-out at 12:00
Blue Sea Island, Blue Sea Holiday Village & Olivia Blue Sea: Check-out at 11:00
Late Check-Out
Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability and an additional charge. We kindly recommend speaking directly with the reception team upon arrival. They will be happy to provide you with details regarding availability and pricing.
What can i do if the breakfast buffet opens after my departure time?
In case you depart before breakfast, we can arrange early breakfast for you. Please contact the Front Desk one day in advance.
What can I eat if I arrive late at night?
For late arrivals we offer snacks and fruits. Please contact the Front Desk upon arrival and our colleagues will guide you.
Do you provide internet access?
WiFi internet access is available in all areas and is free of charge.
How can I make reservation at a restaurant?
For restaurant reservations please contact our reception desk. Kindly note that for your convenience, a reservation is required upon arrival or during the first or second day of your holiday.
Is there a doctor on call?
In the unfortunate event of not feeling well, there is a doctor on call, 24/7 (extra charge).
Can I choose my room allocation in advance?
Kindly be informed that room allocation is subject to availability.

Does the Blue Sea Island Aquapark have any restrictions?
Children who have a height of 1 meter and above can visit the waterpark. All kids must be accompanied and supervised by their parents.
